This Ebru's signature on-demand inversion workshop is designed for those who want to master the headstand which requires no great strength. It is largely a matter of conquering fear, learning the key points, and believing you can do it.
You will learn the drills to build the strength, technique, and confidence to get your feet off the ground and keep them there. You’ll be heel overhead in no time!
The inversions we will deep dive into:
Salamba Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) | The mother of all yoga postures - called the Queen of asana (yoga postures).
Shirshasana (Headstand) The King of asana (yoga postures).
What you will learn:
We will break down the postures as well as try out some variations for those up for a challenge. You will learn main yoga poses to build the strength, stability and flexibility necessary for each posture. You will also learn alignment tips and tricks to help get you off the ground.
This will be a fun and challenging workshop. Expect to fall, laugh, get back up, and do it all again.
This workshop is suitable for complete beginners, as well as for people who want to enhance their practice and dive deeper. If you are new to yoga this is a great way to learn the foundations for inversions in a safe and supportive environment.
