Claire has worked as a Musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapist for over 20 years, her passion is health and well being. She has great knowledge and understanding of the body, particularly interested in spinal health. She qualified in Dru Yoga which is based on hatha yoga and has a perfect mix of warm-up, body preps, flowing sequences, asana(yoga postures), pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation in 2015, after 20 years of yoga practice. She is a Dru Kids and Teens Yoga teacher. Claire is trained in Yin Yoga-which is a deeply therapeutic style of Yoga that helps reduce stress and deeply open the physical body. She runs Yoga for Back Care classes to encourage people who have given up on exercising because of long term back issues. She also run Baby Yoga for new mums and their babies. As a Physiotherapist she believes that Yoga is the perfect mindful exercise to encourage a healthy spine, strong core, flexible body and balanced mind.
