Claire worked as a Musculoskeletal Chartered Physiotherapist for over 20 years. She has practised many styles of Yoga for over 20 years and qualified in Dru Yoga in 2015. She is trained in Yin Yoga - which is a deeply therapeutic style of Yoga that helps reduce stress and deeply open the physical body. In 2018 she qualified in Dru Kids and Teens Yoga, which encompasses ages 6-18 years. She also loves teaching Baby Yoga for new mums and their babies. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. Her class finishes are deeply relaxing, it's the perfect way to take time out for yourself.
