Yoga Teacher

Dan has been practicing yoga for 17 years and teaches hatha yoga in the ashtanga style directly from his own experience. Dan’s approach to ashtanga yoga is one of adaptation to suit the individual and his approach to yoga asana and movement is informal, fun and informed by his interest in modern biomechanics. Dan’s classes will often incorporate techniques from other styles of hatha yoga as well as ideas from other movement disciplines. Dan is a keen student of yoga history, philosophy, its origins and adaptations and he believes that the teachings found therein can help us to lead more fulfilled and peaceful lives.
