Emma began practicing Ashtanga yoga over 15 years ago to help build strength and balance for mountaineering and ice climbing. She found that it brought harmony in her hectic life as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Turning her passion into a profession in the summer of 2019 completing her teacher training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Kids yoga. She loves creating flowing sequences and believes yoga is for everyone, wonderful for the body and mind. In her spare time Emma will be found in her garden with her hens and bees or out walking or running in the hills with her dogs.
