Yoga Teacher

Combining skills in teaching and coaching with her love of yoga, at the end of 2018, aged 60, Sheila quit her job and decided to train as a yoga teacher. Coming to this later in life she is particularly interested in reaching out to ‘women of a certain age’ who may, or may not, have previously tried yoga. She teaches slow flow and gentle yoga, creating classes for flexibility and strength, and particularly enjoys teaching those with little, or no, previous experience, including her ‘introduction to yoga’ courses. Drawing on her personal experience of how yoga can help build physical strength and a peaceful mind, classes, are designed to create balance and positive change.
