Mantra, Mudra & Movement with Jill Harris
We are so pleased to be able to offer you this fabulous Mantra, Mudra and Movement workshop, taught by our creative, inspirational teacher Jill Harris.
The aim of this workshop is to bring together different aspects of Yoga to deepen and broaden your practice.
We will begin with a quiet Mudra Meditation and then work with a Mantra chant to help remove blockages and create energy within the body. This will be followed with an uplifting Vinyasa flow. We will then indulge in an extending Savasana meditation to leave you feeling calm, relaxed and uplifted.
This workshop is suited to people who have participated in yoga before.
