We are happy to offer refunds on any full price items within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.
Faulty items may be returned at any time. This does not affect your
statutory rights. See below for return of sale items.
All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hangtags attached;
all garments are subject to inspection.
Refunds will be credited to the original card that was used for purchase. If
you decide to refund a gift we can’t prevent the card-owner knowing.
For purchases made by part-card, part-gift card, the refund will be applied to the gift
Socks can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
Sale items can only be returned for an exchange. We do not offer refunds on sale items unless faulty.
Exchanges can either be transferred onto a credit note or you can exchange for another item.
All returns must have original labels on, and receipt must be given.
