
MEDITATION SOUNDBATH
Led by Performance & Behavioural Neuroscientist and certified Sound Therapy Practitioner Sarah Hannett, this restorative session blends science with stillness. Each class includes progressive muscle relaxation, guided meditation, a short breathing technique, and an immersive crystal bowl sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance.

Using evidence-based methods rooted in neuroscience, Sarah guides you through a deeply relaxing experience that supports recovery, improves focus, enhances sleep quality, and leaves you feeling centred, clear, and renewed.

However, it may not be recommended for individuals with sound sensitivity, tinnitus, pace makers, epilepsy triggered by sound or vibration, or those in the first trimester of pregnancy.
