Working Towards Lotus with Jill Harris
We are excited to be able to bring you this Working Towards Lotus flow workshop taught by our experienced, creative and inspirational teacher Jill Harris. It is an opportunity to work on your practice - strengthening and stretching the body whilst having fun! We will be focussing on warming up the body and opening up the hips using a combination of flowing vinyasa movements and yin poses to help us move towards Lotus (Padmasana).
The workshop will end with a relaxing savasana with visualisation.
