Yinyasa with Matt Trottman
Starting with Yin Yoga, as it’s a dish best served cold, allowing us to delve into the deep tissue and energy systems throughout the body. It can been seen as acupuncture without the pins as we explore the liquid crystalline fascia network of the body containing the meridian channels, to nourish, hydrate and energise our energetic, physical and emotional selves before moving into dynamic Vinyasa flow continuing to use our body as a point of focus to make the full 90 minutes a nice meditative practice. A hybrid practice which will stimulate every layer of our beings.
