Yoga for Menopause & Perimenopause

 

This yoga workshop is specially designed to help with the main symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.  It will include specially adapted poses, breathing techniques and mindful meditation exercise to help manage the main symptoms  of the menopause such as: hot flushes, night sweats, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue, lack of focus and low mood.

 

This workshop is taught by our experienced yoga teacher Sam Hughes.  Sam will guide you through this workshop which will not only help you feel great during the session but you will learn techniques that can be used afterwards. 

 

Suited to all from the experienced yogi to those participating for the first time.
