Yoga Classes

Yin

If you haven't tried Yin Yoga yet..... you don't know what you're missing. Yin is a practice performed on the mat where you hold the postures for anywhere from 3 - 10 minutes. This allows you to stretch deep into your connective tissue to improve flexibility aid healing and promote wellbeing. There is a strong meditative element to this practice. Each practice finishes with a relaxation section.

Feel Good Yoga

For a strong and flexible body! This class focuses on one flow help you get deeper into your poses and find more fluidity through your movement.

YinYasa

A powerful pairing of two different disciplines of asana (yoga postures); Yinyasa has fused the Yin style of long-held passive poses with the dynamic, yang style of Vinyasa (flow). This class will begin with Yin to open the body to more flexibility and energy flow while encouraging a more contemplative, non-reactive quality of mind. Overall this class is 60 minutes of self care!

Ashtanga

This challenging class is taught in a soothing and light-hearted way. You will work through the Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow and Pranayama. Modification and progressions make it suited for all abilities. It is a flowing sequence of set poses that include standing, seated lying and inversions. This practice builds strength and flexibility in the body and mind.

Energising Flow

Energising Yoga Flow is a fast-paced cardiovascular workout focused on building strength and flexibility in the body through high-impact yoga postures.

Hatha Flow

This yoga class suitable for all abilities taking you through a sequence we progress in difficulty week upon week. The aim of hatha yoga is called Samadhi, the final stage of Patanjali's eight-fold path. Samadhi refers to a state of joyful calm, or even of rapture and beatitude, in essence, we move to the rhythm of the breath in order to find stillness of both body and mind. Not only will this class develop your physical strength, flexibility and mobility it will also expand your mind to concepts applicable both on and off the mat..

Uplifting Yoga Flow to start your weekend

A great way to start your Saturday. This uplifting flow combines yoga with fun music. Mix of Power/Vinyasa Yoga styles.

Pilates and Barre

Mat Pilates

This class aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Each exercise taught will also have many adaptations and modifications so you can work-out safety.

You will leave feeling positive and refreshed.

BootyBarre

It is the perfect combination of ballet, strength, and flexibility, combined into a cardio format without jumping or impact on the joints.

Certified in Pilates and BootyBarre®, the teachers use Pilates alignment principles to ensure you get a safe and challenging workout.

HIIT Flow Pilates

This class aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Each exercise taught will also have many adaptations and modifications so you can work-out safely.

Your instructor will guide you through the class creating a session that seamlessly links each exercise. You will leave feeling positive and refreshed.

Pilates for Back Care

Learn to love your back. Learn to care for your back.

This Pilates class will help you keep your back healthy. With an emphasis on spine mobility, joint flexibility and muscle strength. This class helps to counteract our modern lifestyle by easing out areas that commonly get tight and by strengthening those areas that often get weak.

Suited to beginners.

Barre

The perfect combination of Pilates, yoga, strength and flexibility combined together for a low impact, but high intensity class. We use our own body weight and resistance, designed to work your entire body improving alignment and posture. Focusing on isometric movements and the integration of high intensity, low impact moves with static stretches, every major muscle group is given a workout creating a lasting change in your body. Plus it's a lot of fun!

Reformer & Apparatus

Reformer

The Reformer is a large piece of equipment that you will use for the whole class. The reformer allows you to extend and deepen the traditional repertoire of pilates exercises. The reform uses springs and pullies to offer you a workout that can't be beaten. It is a fantastic way to improve such a wide range of fitness components from strength, flexibility, balance, core strength to muscle tone.The Reformer machine adjusts to suit your individual needs and strength. You'll love it.

Foundation Reformer

Reformer Pilates taken at a steadier pace with more focus on the basic principles and technique. A good option if you are still new to Reformer or working with an injury.

Our Apparatus Classes use a range of equipment throughout the class. The Apparatus is used in a circuit type format. Participants will use different pieces in a well-structured, targeted class.
