BEGINNER VINYASA FLOW
Start your yoga journey with confidence and ease in this welcoming class designed especially for beginners or anyone looking to reconnect with the fundamentals. Each session moves at a slow and steady pace, offering a supportive space to build a strong foundation. You will develop a deeper understanding of yoga poses, breathing techniques, mindfulness and relaxation, helping you cultivate balance, awareness and inner calm both on and off the mat.

This course is being run by Helen Anderson who is an experienced yoga teacher with a deep knowledge and insight. She is passionate about helping others fully understand and experience the true benefits of yoga.
