Reformer Pilates

Our Reformer classes provide a full-body flow, focusing on powerful movements to build strength, balance, flexibility, and stability. These sessions are ideal if you’re confident with the Reformer and ready to advance your fitness journey.

* A minimum of one beginner class is required before booking Reformer level classes. For newcomers, we recommend at least three foundation or beginner classes before progressing.
Yin Yoga
If you haven't tried Yin Yoga yet..... you don't know what you're missing. Yin is a practice performed on the mat where you hold the postures for anywhere from 3 - 10 minutes. This allows you to stretch deep into your connective tissue to improve flexibility aid healing and promote wellbeing. There is a strong meditative element to this practice. Each practice finishes with a relaxation section.
Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Flow is the same as Hot Vinyasa Flow but without the heat! It's a dynamic and energetic style of yoga that combines a series of flowing movements, breath control, and mindfulness. The practice is often characterised by its fast-paced and challenging nature, making it a great choice for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Beginners Reformer
Start your journey here! These classes are suitable for students who are brand new to Reformer Pilates. Throughout the class, the teacher will give detailed instructions for use of the equipment, and each exercise will be explained thoroughly to give you good foundation to start your reformer journey.

Original Hot Yoga
Our Original Hot Yoga class will guide you through a set series of 26 postures we do every class, meaning you can easily measure your progress every week. Performed at 37 degrees, the heat allows for a deeper stretch, increased circulation and blood flow to the muscles, creating a highly effective, full-body workout.
Pregnancy Yoga
Nurture & connect with your body through our Pregnancy Yoga class, designed to support expectant mothers at all stages of pregnancy. This class focuses on gentle, safe movements and breathing techniques to promote relaxation, relieve common discomforts, and strengthen the body in preparation for childbirth.
Our certified prenatal yoga instructor will offer modifications to suit your trimester and comfort level, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all. Whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice, Pregnancy Yoga is a wonderful way to stay active, reduce stress, and prepare your body for birth.
Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is a full body workout using Pilates principles performed at 37 degrees in our Hot Studio.
Focussing on building postural strength, lean muscle mass, and cardiovascular endurance.
If you want a fun, high energy workout, that's beginner friendly & easy to follow, this class is for you!
Ashtanga Yoga
This challenging class is taught in a soothing and light-hearted way. You will work through the Ashtanga Primary Series, Vinyasa Flow and Pranayama. Modification and progressions make it suited for all abilities. It is a flowing sequence of set poses that include standing, seated lying and inversions. This practice builds strength and flexibility in the body and mind.
Hot Vinyasa Flow

Barre
The perfect combination of Pilates, yoga, strength and flexibility combined together for a low impact, but high intensity class. We use our own body weight and resistance, designed to work your entire body improving alignment and posture. Focusing on isometric movements and the integration of high intensity, low impact moves with static stretches, every major muscle group is given a workout creating a lasting change in your body. Plus it's a lot of fun!
