Mechanics of Movement for Teachers

Applied Anatomy for Movement Teachers

Understand how the body moves — across disciplines

Movement Mechanics for Teachers is a 12-hour Continuing Professional Development course designed for movement professionals who want to deepen their understanding of how anatomy creates movement.

This course bridges the gap between anatomy knowledge and real-world teaching, helping you see movement more clearly, cue more effectively, and work with the body — not against it.

Rather than focusing on one method or modality, this course offers a shared movement framework that can be applied across Pilates, Yoga, Strength Training, Dance, Rehabilitation, Somatic Movement, and Fitness.

Who This Course Is For
