Our training uniquely blends classical Pilates foundations with contemporary movement science, allowing teachers to develop a deeper understanding of the method while confidently applying it in modern studio environments.
 

This 28-hour intensive training (4 days) covers the complete Cadillac repertoire from beginner to advanced levels, helping instructors expand their expertise in studio apparatus and confidently teach the Trapeze Table to a wide range of clients.
 

At Ebru Evrim Academy, our goal is not only to teach exercises but to support teachers in building the confidence and professional skills needed to teach successfully.

What You’ll Learn

The Intensive Cadillac module prepares you to confidently teach exercises on the Cadillac Trapeze Table across all levels, from beginner to advanced.

By the end of the course, you will be able to refine private and small group training programmes, adapting exercises to meet a variety of clients’ mobility, strength, rehabilitation, and conditioning goals.

The training is built around the foundation of 64 exercises originally developed by Joseph Pilates for the Cadillac Trapeze Table, combined with contemporary teaching approaches that support safe and effective movement.​​

  • Clear cueing and teaching strategies

Assessment

To successfully complete the course and receive certification, participants must complete:

  • Minimum of 10 hours of observation

  • Minimum of 10 hours of practice teaching Pilates

These hours support the integration of the repertoire into real teaching environments and help instructors build practical teaching confidence.

Qualification

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a:

Trapeze (Cadillac) Pilates CPD Certificate Issued by Ebru Evrim Academy

This certification confirms your continuing professional development in Cadillac Pilates repertoire.

Entry Requirements

  • This course is designed for qualified Pilates instructors.

  • Applicants must:

  • Be over 16 years of age
    Hold a recognised Pilates Teacher Training qualification (Mat or equipment)
    You must have Pilates teaching experience
    You should have a foundational understanding of movement anatomy and biomechanics

  • This training is intended as continuing professional development, not an initial Pilates teacher qualification.
