This 28-hour intensive training (4 days) focuses on the complete Wunda Chair and Pilates Barrel repertoire, from beginner to advanced level. The course helps instructors expand their studio apparatus expertise and confidently teach these powerful pieces of equipment to a wide range of clients.

What You’ll Learn
The Wunda Chair & Barrel intensive module prepares you to confidently teach exercises using the Wunda Chair and the Pilates Barrels (including Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel) across all levels, from beginner to advanced.
By the end of the course, you will be able to refine private and small group training programmes, adapting exercises to meet a variety of clients’ mobility, strength, rehabilitation, and conditioning goals.
The training is built around the classical Pilates repertoire developed by Joseph Pilates, combined with contemporary teaching approaches that support safe and effective movement.


During the training you will explore:

Beginner to advanced Wunda Chair repertoire
• Barrel repertoire, including Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel exercises
• Exercise objectives and progressions
• Clear cueing and teaching strategies
• Exercise modifications for different bodies and abilities
• Equipment set-up and resistance adjustments
• Integrating Chair and Barrel exercises into private and studio sessions

Assessment
To successfully complete the course and receive certification, participants must complete:
• Minimum of 10 hours of observation
• Minimum of 10 hours of practice teaching Pilates

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a:
