The Mat Pilates course is a prerequisite for the Reformer training. All students need to complete their Mat Pilates course and fulfil the required teaching hours before joining the Reformer teacher training. ​​

Course Structure & Requirements
To qualify, participants must complete the following:

20 hours of pre-course self-practice

10 hours observation of a qualified Pilates teacher

Marked & assessed lesson plan

Written anatomy exam

2-hour practical teaching exam

Upon successful completion, you will earn the Ebru Evrim Pilates Mat Certification, recognised by top industry bodies. This certification allows you to teach both private and public Pilates Mat classes.
