TEACHER TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Teacher Training Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all teacher training programmes provided by Ebru Evrim Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in any teacher training course, you (“the Student”) agree to the following terms.
1. Enrolment & Acceptance
Enrolment is confirmed only once the required payment (full payment or agreed deposit/first instalment) has been received.
Submission of payment constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an enrolment at our discretion.

2. Fees & Payment Options
a) Course Fees
Course fees are outlined at the time of enrolment and are subject to change for future intakes.
Fees include tuition, associated course materials, and the final exam only, unless otherwise stated.
b) Full Payment
Students may choose to pay the full course fee upfront.
Full payment secures a place immediately.
c) Payment Plans (Interest-Free)
We offer interest-free payment plans for selected teacher training programmes.
Payment plans must be agreed in advance and paid according to the schedule provided.
By choosing a payment plan, the Student commits to paying the full course fee, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion before the commencement of the course.

3. Deposits & Non-Refundable Fees
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a place on the training.
Any administration, registration, or booking fees are non-refundable.
Course materials, manuals, digital content, and online platform access are non-refundable once issued.

4. Late or Missed Payments
All course fees must be paid in full, or instalments must be fully up to date before commencement of the course in order to attend, participate in, or continue the teacher training programme.
Students on a payment plan will not be permitted to join or continue the training unless the agreed payments have been made on time in accordance with the pre-agreed payment schedule.
If a payment is missed or overdue, access to training sessions, course materials, online platforms, and assessments will be suspended immediately until payment is brought up to date.
If outstanding payments are not settled within a reasonable timeframe after notification, we reserve the right to cancel the Student’s place on the training.
In the event of cancellation due to non-payment, all payments made remain non-refundable, and the Student remains liable for any outstanding balance.

5. Refunds & Cancellations
a) Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with UK consumer law, Students may cancel their enrolment within 14 days of booking, provided that the training has not yet started and no course materials or digital content have been accessed.
Any non-refundable deposit or administration fee will be retained.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
b) Cancellation Before Training Starts (After Cooling-Off Period)
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the training start date will receive a refund of fees paid, minus the non-refundable deposit and administration fees.
Cancellations made 30 days or fewer before the training start date will not be eligible for a refund.
c) Once Training Has Started
No refunds will be issued once the training has started, including after the first module, session, or access to materials.
This applies regardless of attendance, illness, injury, personal circumstances, or change of mind.
Students on payment plans remain responsible for completing all remaining instalments.
d) Transfers & Deferrals
At our discretion, a Student may be offered a one-time transfer or deferral to a future training course.
Transfers must be for a like-for-like training or course and are not transferable to different trainings or courses.
Transfers must typically be used within 12 months of the original start date.
Transfers and deferrals are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee.
No cash refunds will be issued in place of a transfer or deferral.
e) Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious medical issues, we may request supporting documentation.
Any accommodation offered remains at our sole discretion and does not constitute a refund.
f) Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training programme due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
If we cancel a programme and do not offer a suitable alternative, Students will receive a full refund of payments made.
We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, including but not limited to travel and accommodation.

6. Attendance, Completion & Certification
Certification is awarded only upon completion of all required modules, submission and passing of assessments, and full payment of all course fees.
Missed sessions may affect eligibility for certification.
If a Student fails to pass the final course exam on the first attempt, the Student may choose to re-take the exam within 12 months. This re-take will be subject to an additional fee payable before commencement of the exam and applies to any further re-takes thereafter.

7. Intellectual Property
All manuals, videos, coursework, recordings, and materials are the intellectual property of Ebru Evrim Ltd.
Materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, or distributed without written permission.

8. Health & Personal Responsibility
The Student confirms they are physically and mentally fit to participate in movement-based training.
Participation is at the Student’s own risk.
We accept no responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during online training.

9. Code of Conduct
Students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove any Student whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Changes to Course Content
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to course content, schedules, location, or delivery format where necessary, without affecting the overall learning objectives.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
