BALANCE + FLOW WELLBEING DAY

This day is designed for anyone who want to feel more fulfilled, calm, and connected in their lives. No prior experience is needed — just an open heart and curiosity.

You’ll gently awaken your body through simple, intentional Pilates mat exercises that build strength and confidence. Then, ease into soothing yoga stretches and calming breath work designed to relax both body and mind.

​

Guided meditation will help you find peace in the present moment and deepen your connection to yourself — a powerful step toward fulfilment and joy.

​

Experience a unique personalised brief a Turkish coffee reading — a ritual that invites insight, inspiration, and a moment of soulful connection. 

​

This is a safe, supportive space where you can explore new ways to balance movement, stillness, and mindfulness — helping you feel grounded, fulfilled, and refreshed.

Schedule of Fulfilment Day 

9:00 AM – Welcome & Herbal Tea
Settle in, meet the group, and set your intention for the day ahead. Drinking Turkish coffee ritual.

​

9:30 AM – Intentional Pilates Mat Session
A mindful Pilates session suitable for all levels, focusing on breath, core strength, and purposeful movement. Modifications offered to suit individual needs.

​

10:30 AM – Break & Reflection
Take time to journal, reflect, or relax. Coffee Reading for group 1 

​

11:00 AM - Guided Meditation & Breathwork
A calming meditation to ground the mind and deepen body awareness. Accessible for every experience level.

​

12:00 AM – Nourishing Lunch
A wholesome, plant-based meal to energize and nourish.
Coffee reading group 2 (x6)

​

1:30 PM – Free Time / Nature Walk / Rest
Space to relax, take a gentle walk, or connect informally with others.
Coffee reading group 2 (x6)

​

14:30 PM – Gentle Yoga Flow
A flowing yoga class designed to balance strength and flexibility, with options for all abilities.

​

15:30 PM – Closing Circle & Sharing
Gather to share experiences, ask questions, and set intentions for continuing your wellness journey.
